My cousin asked what to do if she feels like she's coming down with something. I texted back a quick reply, but thought I'd give a fuller reply here.
Basically, I recommend the following:
On top of all that, REST! If I start to feel under the weather, I do much of the above, plus make a cup of chamomile tea with honey and stop whatever else I'm doing and rest. It's worked so far!
